FG Real Estate Development was established after identifying a clear gap in the Orange County property market — the need for locally built, high-quality residential properties that could compete on both craftsmanship and value.
Since our inception we have completed over 300 residential projects — high-end remodels, new constructions, and ADU — across Garden Grove, Huntington Beach, Fountain Valley, and Villa Park.
